A Mini Staycation – Goa

How many of you have went for a staycation without any prior planning and yet had an amazing time . If you can feel me read the complete article .

I took a bus on Friday night at 10:15 pm and reached Goa around 9:30 am via bus it takes approximately 9-10 hours to reach from Pune . There are other ways to commute depends from where are you coming .

People say if you are in Goa don’t spend on hotels and resorts well I completely second that perhaps Goa won’t let you to spend much because plethora of resorts are available at reasonable price. Thereby considering the low cost stay we booked a resort Capital O 18910 La Gracia Resort which is an extremely beautiful resort with an amazing pool and mountain view .

Day 1 : Saturday

Spending time in pool with like minded people is a bliss and that’s what we did just after landing ourselves in the resort .

When in Goa who wants to stay clam hence our next spot was Ashvem Beach, it is located quite close to Morjim , the Ashwem beach has got a character of its own it’s beautiful and serene.

Our last destination for day 1 was LPK waterfront club . A Lively nightclub next to the river with a rock carving-themed interior design. Perhaps due to elections there was a notice to close all the clubs in Goa by 10:30 pm hence we ended up staying in the resort .

Day 2 : ( Last day in Goa )

Day 2 started at 12pm firstly we decided to go to Sinq beach resort to spend a leisure time at jacuzzi. Their minimum package is 5 pax with minimum bill of Rs 5000 but I won’t recommend this to anyone though it has a great view but jacuzzi is way too small for 5 people thereby we cancelled this plan and landed in Cafe Morjim to have lunch , it’s an amazing food joint with a sea view and beautiful shacks I would recommend you guys to visit this place if you are planning to go to Goa .

Morjim beach is nice and calm beach side where you can get good food, music with drinks and the sun beds are available free for public.

Hence as I had a bus to board in the evening. around 10 pm so decided to spend the last day as quiet moment just doing nothing – sitting and looking at the sea, or watching the wind blowing the tree limbs, or waves rippling on a ocean and spending memorable time with some amazing souls .
