We all have uncertainties and trepidations when we try something new. It takes time to graduate, and there are plenty of extenuating factors which may affect the outcome. But, the truth is if you go into the process believing that you cannot do it, then you will have problems throughout the various stages of completion. So just “don’t underestimate yourself”.
Around a year ago, I encountered a situation, at that time I trailed and thus believed I should share this with you, I have ghettoized in points in order to explain what I did and what you can do
I reduced negative self-talk
There were few people who said you won’t be able to accomplish, why don’t you only focus on SAP ( That’s my domain) and every now and then I used to get perplexed.
Will I be able to? Are they correct?
But then I remind to MYSELF that these are not facts.
These ideas have been put into my head by other folks. Past familiarities, or timidities, and none of this is based in fact. Over time, you will reduce your negative self-talk and have a more realistic, positive outlook about your abilities.
Dress with confidence so you look good, feel better, and do your best.
When we feel good on the outside, we are more likely to feel good on the inside, which boosts our attitudes and self-confidence and supplies us with more energy to treat ourselves and others around us better. This ultimately makes us the best version of ourselves.
I’m definitely not saying that dressing well makes a person, but it certainly affects how someone feels about him or herself. No one is more conscious of your physical appearance than you.
When you don’t look good, it changes how you carry yourself and also the way you interact with others.
Remind yourself every single day that dressing your best isn’t just a device of perception, but also a tool that affects your confidence. Plus, what do you have to lose?
I started making the list of my positive traits
To help you get rid of your critical inner voice, make a list of all your positive traits. Think about situations that have gone well, goals that you have met, or challenging circumstances that you have overcome.
Remind yourself that it is okay to feel good about yourself and proud of your accomplishments. Read over your list daily for a while, and then weekly, and then refer to it in moments of self-doubt.
Avoid comparing yourself to others.
When you compare yourself to others, you are often comparing yourself to an idealized, unrealistic version of that person.To build your own belief in yourself and to stop underestimating your own abilities, it is important to remember that everyone has their own faults as well as their own unique talents.Strive to be your own unique self.
Last but not the least EXERCISE at least for 30 minutes.
